Is there a software solution that can assist me in managing resumes received via email?

To give you some context, I’ve recently started working at a well-established school in India, and we receive between 50 to 80 applications and resumes each day. Currently, all applications come to a single email account, and we manually print and review each one for key highlights and suitability. After making notes, we photocopy them and pass them to upper management for approval before scheduling interviews.

I’m looking for a software that can help with the following:

A) Allow me to upload multiple resumes at once to create a centralized candidate database.

B) Incorporate a search feature that can identify specific keywords throughout the uploaded resumes, such as “degree,” “location,” and “years of experience.”

C) Provide functionality to schedule applications or track their status, including follow-ups and any remarks about candidates.

If you know of any tools that can meet these needs, I would greatly appreciate your recommendations!
