To navigate this challenge, I’ve turned to platforms like Glassdoor and Jobicy to gauge salary ranges for various roles. However, I’ve found that much of the data is either poorly validated or difficult to interpret.

Given this context, I’m looking for effective strategies to conduct reliable salary market research.

I’ve been in discussions with LinkedIn regarding the transition to their Job Slots and Recruiter features instead of continuing with individual job posts.

I have two options on the table: one is 3 job slots along with the Recruiter feature for around £3200, and the other is 5 job slots without the Recruiter feature for £1900, both for a duration of 6 months.

We’re seeking individuals to participate in our voice recording study. This project involves recording short phrases with names in various settings using our iOS app. Enjoy the flexibility of completing this task remotely at your own pace!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Record a few phrases with names (e.g., “Hi, John” or “Can you help me, Sarah?”).
• Each phrase will be recorded three times in each distance and environment.
• Complete recordings in three different settings:
• Clean Environment (quiet home or office)
• Moderate Noise Environment (TV on, traffic sounds, birds chirping, household activity)
• Very Noisy Environment (busy streets, construction sites, bustling markets, cafés)
• Maintain two specified distances from the recording device:
• 0-5 feet (close range)
• 8-15 feet (medium range)

Time Commitment: Approximately 2.5 to 3 hours

Requirements:

• Must have an iOS device (iPhone)
• A reliable internet connection is necessary
• Adherence to the structured recording guidelines
