Offer shopping !!

Addressing Offer Shopping in Recruitment

How can we effectively discourage candidates from engaging in offer shopping, especially when we’re already providing competitive CTCs from the start? What strategies can we adopt to combat offer holding and improve candidate commitment throughout the job search process in India?

Target Audience: This discussion is relevant for candidates with 2-6 years of experience. Following the acceptance of an offer, we proactively arrange engagement calls.

Our Approach: We prioritize clear communication, continuous engagement during the hiring journey, and swift feedback turnaround times.

Key Considerations: Should we consider revoking offers, building a talent pipeline, or exploring other strategies to tackle this challenge?

What’s a great ATS / CRM Software for an early startup?

Looking for recommendations on ATS/CRM software for a startup!

Our company is in the early stages, and we’re searching for a system that integrates well with LinkedIn Recruiter while offering client-side options and robust analytics and reporting features. Since we won’t be hiring internally much, our main focus is attracting talent to our platform as a service. We’re not interested in a pay-per-use model.

Currently, we’re demoing Workable, Breezy, Zoho, Bullhorn, Ashby, and Recruit CRM. We’re based in Germany and would appreciate any suggestions! Thank you!

Seeking Recommendations for Client Data Sourcing Tools for Cold Outreach

Hi everyone!

I’m in need of some guidance as we embark on our new recruitment agency. The vast array of tools for sourcing client data for cold calls and emails is a bit overwhelming. I would love to hear your thoughts—what tools do you rely on and what makes them stand out for you?

Additionally, are there any free tools that have been particularly helpful? As a startup working with a limited budget, I’d greatly appreciate any cost-effective options you can share!

Excited to hear your insights and experiences! Thank you!

UK recruiters recruiting in Germany. Is having a GmbH essential?

UK recruiters working in Germany: Is a GmbH necessary?

My company currently doesn’t have a GmbH, yet we are looking to fill contract positions in Germany. We’ve noticed that many companies are hesitant to engage with UK-based firms for contractual agreements, forcing us to rely on payroll providers, which is quite frustrating.

So, is it essential to have a GmbH when recruiting in Germany?

Upgrading from COATS staffing software

Seeking Alternatives to COATS Staffing Software

Hello everyone,

I work at a CDL driver staffing agency and have been tasked with finding a new applicant tracking and payroll software to replace our current system, COATS.

While COATS does a decent job of organizing candidates, employees, and clients, as well as handling payroll, it doesn’t integrate well with our other tools. This leads to a lot of inefficient copy-pasting across different software platforms.

I’ve looked into some alternatives like Bullhorn and Avionté, but I’m still searching for a solution that meets all our requirements for ATS, payroll, and seamless integration.

I would greatly appreciate any insights or recommendations you might have!

Thank you!

ATS/CRM Help

ATS/CRM Assistance Needed

Hello everyone! I’ve dedicated a significant amount of time searching through posts and doing my own research, including several demos, but I’m still struggling to find software that meets my company’s needs.

We are a startup contract staffing agency specializing in the life sciences sector. My partner and I have experience with various software solutions in the past, but surprisingly, the ones we liked best were some proprietary platforms like eRecruit and Compass. Currently, we’re using Recruit CRM based on a recommendation, but it lacks a separate lead pipeline, which is crucial for contract staffing.

I am looking for your help in identifying an integrated ATS/CRM that offers the following features (fingers crossed that something fits this description):

  • Customizable candidate/contact profile fields
  • AI or smart resume sourcing capabilities
  • Integration with LinkedIn Recruiter (or a custom API to access existing candidates)
  • The ability to create standalone leads in candidate profiles that can be converted into contact profiles
  • Robust analytics and report generation

I understand that this is a tall order with numerous specifications, and it might feel like a long shot, but if anyone can provide guidance, it’s the Reddit community! Thank you!
