While COATS does a decent job of organizing candidates, employees, and clients, as well as handling payroll, it doesn’t integrate well with our other tools. This leads to a lot of inefficient copy-pasting across different software platforms.

Here’s the catch: the recruiter represents both my current employer and ABC Company, which creates a conflict of interest. They informed me that they could only submit my application if I resigned from my current job.

I expressed my hesitation about quitting my job for a position that is uncertain, yet I’m eager not to miss out on what could be a fantastic opportunity for me. I also decided to apply directly through the company’s website.
