While my qualifications and experience are genuine, I don’t have professional expertise in crafting these documents, which can be quite time-consuming to customize for every application. If I were to streamline the process with AI-generated content and then submit those documents, would your systems easily identify them as such? Your insights would be greatly appreciated!
Has anyone in this group recently applied and interviewed at Manulife? I’m considering reapplying since it’s been six months since my last attempt, and I’m hoping for a better outcome this time around. Conducting Salary Market Research for Tech Recruitment
As a new Tech Recruiter, I’ve been tasked with conducting extensive market research without directly reaching out to candidates, primarily due to constraints in speed and resources, as LinkedIn licenses have become quite costly.
To gather insights on suitable salary ranges for various positions, I’ve been utilizing platforms like Glassdoor and Jobicy. However, I’ve found that much of the data is either poorly validated or not very reliable, making it challenging to work with.
Given this situation, I’m looking for effective methods to conduct thorough Salary Market Research.

We’re looking for individuals to participate in a voice recording study. This project involves using our iOS app to record short phrases with names in various environments. It’s a convenient and flexible opportunity that can be done remotely at your own pace.
What You Will Do:
Record several phrases with names (for example, “Hi, John” or “Can you help me, Sarah?”).
Each phrase will be recorded three times for each distance and environment.
Conduct recordings in three distinct settings:
– Clean Environment (quiet home or office)
– Moderate Noise Environment (TV on, traffic sounds, birds chirping, general household noise)
– Very Noisy Environment (busy streets, construction areas, crowded markets, cafés)
– 0-5 feet (close range)
– 8-15 feet (medium range)
Estimated Time Commitment: 2.5 to 3 hours

Advice from LinkedIn Talent Solutions
I’ve been in discussions with LinkedIn regarding the potential switch to their Job Slots and Recruiter features, rather than continuing to pay for individual job postings.
I have two options: one is to get 3 job slots along with the Recruiter feature for approximately £3200, and the other is to go for 5 job slots without the Recruiter feature for £1900 over a 6-month period.
Since most of our hiring involves junior positions, I’m uncertain about the effectiveness of the Recruiter feature for our needs. I’d appreciate any suggestions or insights based on your experiences with these features!
