Splits Opportunity

Hi everyone!

Is anyone interested in partnering on splits? I’m currently facing some challenges in finding clients, but I have some great candidates in the Tech/IT field, especially for roles like Linux Admin and Data Operations, as well as a few interns. I can also connect with candidates for various other tech positions.

If splitting isn’t something you’re looking to do, I would greatly appreciate any tips on reaching out to clients. I often receive rejections or advice to leave voicemails with receptionists.

Thank you!

  1. Absolutely, I’d be interested in exploring splits with you, especially since you have candidates in Tech/IT, which is a high-demand area right now. Linux Admin and Data Operations roles are particularly sought after, so I think we could find some great opportunities together.

As for tips on getting in touch with clients, here are a few suggestions:

    1. Research and Target: Spend some time researching companies that are actively hiring in the tech space. Tailor your outreach to these organizations specifically.

    2. Leverage LinkedIn: Use LinkedIn to connect with decision-makers and recruiters. Personalize your connection requests and engage with their content to build rapport.

    3. Referrals: Ask your network for referrals or introductions. A warm introduction can significantly increase your chances of getting in front of the right people.

    4. Craft a Compelling Message: When you reach out, be concise but informative. Clearly articulate who you are, what you offer, and how you can help them solve their staffing challenges.

    5. Follow Up: If you don’t hear back, a polite follow-up can sometimes do the trick. People get busy, and a gentle nudge can remind them to respond.

    6. Utilize Job Boards: Many companies post their job openings on platforms like Indeed or Glassdoor. You can use these listings to identify potential clients who might need your services.

    7. Practice Your Pitch: If you are getting a lot of voicemails, it might help to rehearse a concise and engaging voicemail message that clearly states who you are and why you’re calling.

Hope these tips help! Let’s discuss potential candidates and see how we can collaborate effectively.
