    8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Morning Check-In
    – Start the day with coffee and review emails/notifications.
    – Check in on applicant tracking system (ATS) for any new applications or updates.
    – Brief meeting with the hiring manager(s) to discuss priorities for the week and any urgent hiring needs.

    9:00 AM – 10:30 AM: Sourcing Candidates
    – Spend time on LinkedIn, job boards, and company database to source potential candidates for open roles.
    – Use Boolean search techniques to find qualified applicants based on specific skills and experience.
    – Reach out to passive candidates with personalized messages.

    10:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Screening Calls
    – Conduct phone screenings with candidates to assess their fit for the roles.
    – Take notes and evaluate each candidate based on defined criteria.
    – Update the ATS with feedback from each call.
