Has anyone else noticed that October and November tend to be quieter months for recruitment agencies? It seems like the industry has hit a bit of a standstill when it comes to new roles. I’m interested to hear if other agencies are experiencing the same slowdown.

October and November can often be a quieter time for recruitment agencies as many companies start to wind down for the holidays and might put hiring on hold until after the New Year.
