I’m curious to hear if anyone has made a similar transition (even outside of digital health) from recruitment to consulting, and what insights you might have on this move. Hello everyone,
I’m currently overseeing the recruitment process for a specific role and I’m on the lookout for reliable aptitude tests that assess logic, mechanical reasoning, communication skills, and similar traits.
The platforms I’ve come across have astronomical prices (around $1200 annually). While they do offer a variety of tests, my needs are much more limited—I only require testing for about 8 candidates a couple of times a year.
Does anyone know of services that provide tests on a per candidate or per test basis? I’m more than willing to pay for individual tests, but the subscription model of services like Test Monkey isn’t feasible for our situation.
