I’ve been searching for a job for over a year now, and all I’ve received are rejection emails. With just £25 left in my bank account, I’m starting to lose hope in finding a position. I’ve tweaked my job search strategies multiple times, yet I still can’t secure a role as a recruitment consultant. Even for entry-level positions, my applications are being rejected, despite having over 5 years of professional experience as a recruitment consultant in another region.

It’s disheartening to think that UK companies could provide at least one opportunity to international students like myself.

This is my first experience with RPO and offshore recruitment, and I’m currently evaluating the fee structure and potential bonuses for this work. What are typical rates or suggestions you might have for this type of arrangement?

From my research, I assume agencies generally charge around 15-20%.
