Commission Question

Commission Inquiry

I’m trying to approach this matter from an objective perspective:

If Consultant A generated £225k in revenue for an engineering agency over the course of a year, what total compensation would you anticipate for them?

Additionally, Consultant A has a company car that they can use for personal purposes and charge related expenses to the office.

Superb opportunity for you!

UK Recruitment – Registered Nurses UK

UK Recruitment – Registered Nurses

Hello everyone,

With my background in technical recruitment, I’ve noticed firsthand how challenging the job market in the UK is right now.

I’ve decided to take the leap and launch an agency focused on recruiting Registered Nurses in specific regions throughout the UK.

I would appreciate your insights on a few questions:

  1. Where are the best venues to find candidates who hold NMC Pins? I’m considering platforms like TikTok for this niche.
  2. Are there any reliable websites where I can purchase databases for Care Home contacts?
  3. Which CV library do you recommend as the most effective? (Like Indeed, etc.)

Thanks for your help!

CRMs are really shady…..

CRMs can be a bit shady…

Having spent quite some time in the field, I consider myself more tech-savvy than the average person. Recently, I’ve been experimenting with creating my own data lake/CRM, and it’s been surprisingly straightforward. During this process, I’ve stumbled across some intriguing insights.

Almost every CRM I’ve explored has some kind of data backup functionality that utilizes multiple proxies. Are you guys really sure you’re not inadvertently providing valuable data—like updated emails, phone numbers, salaries, and CVs—to the major players in the industry?

By the way, greetings from Bulgaria!

Just think about it—most recruiters are pretty terrible, especially those at large companies. Yet, the CRM system looks flawless… interesting, right?

UK recruitment – ATS tools

UK Recruitment – ATS Tools

Hi everyone! I’ve been trying to determine whether the tools I’m using to optimize my CV for ATS compliance are effective. I typically utilize CareerSet to tailor my CV to specific job descriptions. Does anyone know if this website is reliable? If not, I would love to hear any alternative recommendations.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
